2. About Masski Industrial Sales and this Site
Masski Industrial Sales, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent manufacturers’ representative agency. We are not the manufacturer of the products shown on this Site. The Site provides general information about the product lines we represent and explains how to contact us.
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a binding commitment. We do not sell products. As explained in Section 7, pricing, availability, orders, invoicing, payment, shipping, returns, and warranties are handled solely by the applicable manufacturer under its own terms and conditions.
3. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are summarized from information published by the manufacturers we represent. Products, specifications, and certifications may change without notice. The information is provided for general informational purposes only. Always confirm current specifications, ratings, and suitability for your application directly with the manufacturer, using its official literature, before you purchase, specify, install, or use a product. You are responsible for selecting, installing, and using products safely and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable codes.
4. Using this site
You may use the Site only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
- Scrape or systematically extract content, except by ordinary browsing or with our prior written consent
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful material
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s original text, layout, and the Masski Industrial Sales name and logo belong to Masski Industrial Sales, LLC. Manufacturer names, logos, product names, and product images (including Coxreels, EZ-Coil, Robo-Fit, Specialty Saw, Clean-Cuts, UIP International, World Wide Fittings, Couplamatic, Atlantex, Pyrotex, Tufftex, Kadant, Unaflex, and coolMaster Hose) are trademarks or property of their respective owners. They appear on the Site only to identify the lines we represent and do not imply that those owners endorse anything beyond that relationship. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse Site content without written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to manufacturer websites and other third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. You visit third-party sites at your own risk.
7. Manufacturers’ representative relationship; no sales by Masski
Independent representative. Masski Industrial Sales, LLC is an independent manufacturers’ representative. We promote, and provide information about, the product lines of the manufacturers we represent. We are not the manufacturer, seller, reseller, distributor, or dealer of any product shown on the Site or discussed with us. Unless a manufacturer has confirmed in writing that we are authorized to act for it on a specific matter, we have no authority to accept orders for, make commitments for, or otherwise bind any manufacturer.
No sales by Masski. Masski Industrial Sales, LLC does not stock, warehouse, sell, ship, or invoice products, and does not take title to any product. No contract of sale is formed between you and Masski Industrial Sales, LLC through the Site or through any communication with us. All quotations, orders, pricing, availability, lead times, shipping and delivery, invoicing, returns, warranties, and product support are solely between you and the applicable manufacturer, and are subject to that manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. Any quote, price, lead time, or other information we pass along is relayed for your convenience and is not binding unless and until the manufacturer confirms it.
No payments to Masski. Masski Industrial Sales, LLC does not accept, collect, or process payments for products, and we do not collect payment-card or bank-account information. Never send payment for products to Masski Industrial Sales, LLC or to anyone claiming to collect payment on our behalf. Pay only the manufacturer, or the authorized distributor named on the manufacturer’s invoice, following the payment instructions issued by that party. If you receive a request to pay Masski Industrial Sales, LLC, or a message that appears to come from us asking you to send or change payment details, do not send payment; contact the manufacturer directly and let us know.
No product warranties by Masski. Product descriptions, specifications, ratings, images, and literature on the Site or provided by us come from the manufacturers, are for general information only, and may change without notice (see Section 3). You are responsible for confirming specifications and suitability for your application with the manufacturer. Masski Industrial Sales, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about any product, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Any product warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer under its own terms.
No liability for products or manufacturers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Masski Industrial Sales, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any product, including its design, manufacture, labeling, performance, or failure to perform, or for any act or omission of any manufacturer or distributor, including delays, non-delivery, defects, recalls, pricing or billing disputes, and warranty or return decisions. Claims about a product, an order, or a purchase must be directed to the manufacturer (or to the authorized distributor that invoiced you). The disclaimers and limitations in Section 8 also apply.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Scope. This section covers your access to and use of the Site; Section 7 addresses products and transactions with manufacturers. Neither section changes the liability terms of any separate written agreement with Masski Industrial Sales, LLC, or the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty.
Disclaimer of warranties. The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general information only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masski Industrial Sales, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its information is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Masski Industrial Sales, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. This applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, the limits above apply only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Masski Industrial Sales, LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Site.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement (website). These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. They do not replace any separate written agreement.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a business transfer.
